Domestic Client Pricing
Home Alarm Monitoring and Responses
$37.50 per month
Alarm responses or callouts incur a minimum $29.50 fee with this plan within our service area.
Home Patrol Protection Program (Patrols only, no alarm monitoring)
$90.00 per month
There is no charge for callouts/responses with this plan within our service area.
Total Home Protection Program (Patrols and Alarm Monitoring. Also includes "Away From Home Program" while away at no extra charge)
$125.00 per month
There is no charge for callouts/responses with this plan within our service area.
Away From Home Program
We will put bins out and back in, collect mail and newspapers, and physically check your property each day while you are away.
$10.00 per day (up to 7 days)
$90.00 for up to one month
Includes pre-departure and post-return personal visit if desired.
"Party Pack" Service
Event pricing as per Static Guards
For an additional $35.00 we will do all liason, paperwork and supply collection with the Qld Police Service to ensure the QPS "Party Safe" Program registration, secure official arm bands for your guests and ensure awareness of local police patrols during the event itself to underpin and support our guard service.

Commercial Alarm Monitoring and Responses

Commercial Patrol Protection Program (Patrols only, no alarm monitoring)
We quote personally and individually for commercial patrol clients, based on their specific situation and tailored to be entirely flexible to each clients' needs and wants. Please contact us for more details.
Total Commercial Protection Program (Patrols and Alarm Monitoring)
For commercial clients who also monitor through us, there is no charge for callouts/response within our defined service area.
Alarm System Install/Upgrade/Maintenance (Domestic or Commercial)
Install/Upgrade
We, or our licensed contracted technicians, personally visit to assess and recommend appropriate solutions for your particular situation. There is never any charge for quote related services.
Battery Change
Battery changes in most systems (including PIRs and smoke detectors) can be done by the owner. We do offer battery change and system check visits for $60.00 and batteries are provided at cost (generally 50-70% less than retail).
Change/Loss of Codes, Time & Date and Programming Changes
We will visit to perform these services generally for $60.00 per visit. At any time, if our technician visits you and a visit by a licensed installer is subsequently required, you will NOT be charged for our technical visit.
Static Guard Hourly Per Guard Pricing
Weekday 0600 (6am) – 1800 (6pm) $29.50
Weeknight 1800 (6pm) – 0600 (6am) $32.50
Weekend (day) 0600 (6am) – 1800 (6pm) $37.50
Weekend (night) 1800 (6pm) – 0600 (6am) $39.50
Public Holiday (day or night) $59.00
ADD $15.00 per hour for K9 (dog) unit.
ADD $35.00 per hour for armed guard.
- A minimum booking / call out period is four (4) hours per guard (award mandated requirement).
- A minimum of one (1) business day notice is generally required for booking of guard.
- Less than one (1) business day notice attracts a 15% loading and less than 12 hours notice at anytime attracts a 40% loading.
- 2 Guards includes support with marked or unmarked vehicle.
SPECIAL NOTES REGARDING EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL AVAILABLE:
There are legislative and insurance requirements in respect to the number of guards required at any event with alcohol available. These are:
1 to 80 patrons = Minimum 1 guard (NOTE: FRCP generally requires 2 guards above 40 patrons).
81 to 140 patrons = Minimum 2 guards
141 to 200 patrons = Minimum 2 guards
201+ patrons = Minimum of 1 extra guard for each additional 100 of part thereof.
First Response always prefers 2 guards for numbers above 40 patrons for the safety and security of both the event and our guards.
For events with alcohol not available, the number of guards required is completely up to the client.
